Although I had a great time last November in Tromso, Norway, I am really not too keen on the Winter time. I don't mind snow, as long as the roads are still ok, but the cold is really getting to me. Photographing snow can be a delight when there is a good scape to shoot, but the prospect of freezing makes me hesitant to go outside.
Nevertheless, in just a few days there is going to be a major Moon event, a so called "Super Wolf Blood Moon." This means that the Moon is full, closest to the Earth, and in a lunar eclipse, plus the first full Moon of the year. I will join my friends at AIP (Adventures in Photography) in trying to capture the Moon on the 20th and 21st of this month. Let's keep our fingers crossed that the weather will cooperate and we have a clear sky. I will keep you posted as to how it went!
